This time firehouse subs were not good purchased 3 large subs the most nasty subs, We ever had from firehouse my husband trashed his sub. I stopped the next day the subs were no butter so , I guest we will be looking for another sub place. Since firehouse open we have not eaten from subway.
They don't put online orders out at the online order shelf where we stood for 10 minutes, despite all the signs saying that is where to pick up online orders. They hide your order behind the counter(probably to prevent theft. We got there 5 minutes early and waited 10 minutes. No one acknowledged that we were there despite it not being busy. This place was total garbage. My wife and took advantage of the BOGO deal and got two Hook and Ladder subs. EVERYTHING about the order was wrong. First, our subs weren't even labeled so we can tell them apart. Second, the subs were incredibly mid. The lettuce and tomatoes tasted old. Third, the fries were terrible and overcooked. Fourth, my cherry limeade was bland and disgusting. And last but not least, we received no pickles with our subs and the Hero sauce with the fries was missing.
