Saw the rating but figured how bad could it really be? The subs taste alright but I paid for double meat on both subs, and they came with almost no meat at all. They also forgot half the toppings on the one sub I ordered. Just really disappointing.
Our sandwiches were fresh and delicious! I loved the Engineer.
On 8/26/26, my husband and I ate subs from Firehouse and our sandwiches were awful! The lettuce was not fresh, one tomato, little lettuce and banana peppers. The subs were sloppy and not filled with the necessary ingredients.
We are always greeted when we enter the store. The food is fresh and delicious.
