Feb 4, 2026 - I observed the male manager/owner pick his nose multiple times while transporting sodas inside. Once inside, he walked by the handwashing sink to touch the register, freezer door, tv remote and the soup utensil. Why would anyone want to eat from this location if the manager/owner don't wash his hands after picking his nose? Remember -- someone is always watching so wash your hands!
I love firehouse subs but this location was a huge disappointment. When i walked in i was greeted rather gruffly. I was hanging back, not in line yet, looking at the menu. I was aggressively asked if I was ready. ( no one else was in line) I made my order and just wanted the sandwich. I was repeatedly asked if I wanted a combo, each time I replied no. I have been going here for years. Today was my worst experience ever. I waited for 35 minutes for my food. Two other customers were served before me and I placed my order before them. Ordered 3 subs and only one sub was exactly as I ordered. Not happy
I got a jerk turkey sandwich combo, it was no worth the cost. They also did not give me the pickle that should have come with the combo.
The quality of the food accuracy & service was amazing!
