It's a sub shop no less
Disappointing experience. We remembered why we stopped going to Firehouse Subs and started choosing Penn Station instead. Placed a pickup order for a specific time, but our food wasn’t ready until more than 10 minutes later. A short delay wouldn’t be a big deal—but when you walk in and see four employees, one small table of customers, and still no food, you start to wonder what’s going on. Order ready at designated pick up time. Employees friendly and attentive. I would suggest that they mark the sandwich container as too which sandwich is in the container when multiple sandwiches are in the order.
