One of the best customer service experiences I have had at a restaurant in a long time. We went there for dinner and had the Club on the Sub sandwich, and it was so delicious! The flavors blended perfectly! The General Manager treated us like we were the only ones there! They really went over the top to make us feel appreciated! We will definitely go back to Firehouse Subs!
That cold sandwich felt like a windy day at the beach after a long week. It made me feel like a middle aged dad on a fishing trip with his buddies. First time having Firehouse Subs and I’m in LOVE.

Everyone that works there is very cool, friendly and does their job well. The food is absolutely amazing. I like their subs. Not once have I gotten bad service or food. On point every single time.
