I've been with Firehouse Subs since they opened in Frederick. However, this location and the other one across Frederick have gone down hill. The restaurants inside feel dirty and old, they took away the condiments forever ago, food prep is sloppy. The owner went from someone who cares to someone who is just being cheap and it shows. I USED to love love love the meatball subs here however a few months back I became extremely ill and I suspect it was from the sub. I will never go to this location or the other one again.
