Very friendly staff!
Food is good, but absolute worst customer service experience. We’ve gone several times and 8/10 we’ll end up getting bad service. Our normal order is a steak and cheese but instead of steak we swap it out for chicken. We’ve never been charged extra for it. But today it seems like the cashier did not know how to input it and as a result we got charged extra. There’s a receipt from 2022 that we’ve been going for years and never had that issue.
