Was just in and unfortunately could not eat there comfortably as someone with celiac. Amazing that they have a gluten free sub bun, but highly disappointed that they use all the same ingredients on the same line. I was told they would change their gloves but the ingredients have been touched with gluten as they grab the regular bread then the ingredients from the line. These subs were awesome, stacked with meat, and I didn't feel like I got "fast food" scammed as is so common these days. These were fresh, tasted great and packed, for an online order where your at their mercy, these were top notch!
I have went to this firehouse a total of six times in every single time I go here they always mess up something. One of the times they didn’t even give me my full amount of change back shorted me out of five dollars. I call about it. They put a free combo into the system Today I go and get my free combo and I’m allergic to mayo. I told them no mayo they put mayo on it still and I told them on wheat bread and they put it on white bread. This is been now the seventh time that I’ve went there and they’ve messed up my order.
