Messed up the same sandwich on three separate orders, owner hasn't replied or reached out in over a month, will be filing formal complaints against the company for not providing the advertised products to my bank, as well as the BBB. This could have easily been resolved with a response, which she gave to other "good" reviews since then. Blatantly ignoring a customer is bad business.
Update May 12th: Contacted corporate, who informed me the owner must act to recompensate me for improperly made products. It's literally a breach of contract for a business to give you food missing advertised ingredients, especially three times in a row. If I don't hear from the owner, with a formal apology, within a few days, I will report this to the BBB.
