Employees must not know products or understand the tickets. If a customer removes 2 ingrediant and adds 2 in their place doesn't mean that's all they want. You still have, for ex, lettuce tomato mustard that the recipes includes. I literally got a sandwich with only the extra ingredients I added.
Good food, convenient location
Good sub and courteous service. It did take unusually long for my sandwich to be prepared and they were out of pickles so I didn't get one of those. Overall, good food, food price, friendly service.
