This location and specifically Owen , redeemed the firehouse sub for me ! This guy makes it with love ! I’m coming back to this location because of him !
Very impressed with Firehouse Subs Upper Canada Mall's customer service. They accidentally put the wrong sauce on my sub (easy mistake) and corrected it right away and made me a new sub! They also gave me a free drink & chips for the extra wait time. That right there means everything. Most companies wouldn't do anything. Very friendly service, all the employees work as a team, very impressed! Ill be back!
