Firehouse Subs has always been one of my favorites so it makes me sad to write this however this location is just very poorly managed. To preface, it was the day of the Morgan Wallen concert, so I am aware that causes some changes in service, however by being better managed, the issues could've been avoided. To start, there was a massive leak in the ceiling that was dripping all over the floor and looked to be getting progressively worse. Went here and got an extra cheesy mac and cheese which looked nothing like it did on the menu. The employee handed it to me and none of the cheese on top was melted and it looked really sad. Very disappointing.
