Bad place manager never reach out
Taylor the manager is Rude saw her a drop a bread on the floor and picked it right back up and used it. Phone rings over and over and gets ignored. Ray the owner was on his phone with gloves on in the middle of the line. This place is RIDICULOUS and needs serious HELP. Open sign was off but they didn’t close until 9 and it was only 1
I've been eating at Firehouse Subs for over 20 years now (mainly Plano & Frisco), and it is amazing. The hook and ladder sub is always 10 out of 10 from me. The bread is always fresh from this company (numerous locations). What a great sandwich shop. Job well done, ALWAYS. Now that's how to do a sandwich. 👏
