Sooooooo tired of paying over $10 for a soggy sandwich!! I would hold the staff accountable but, honestly, I blame the CEO making a million dollars a year off this garbage while their employees are struggling to pay rent or get health benefits. Maybe if they treated their employees better they could actually make a good quality sandwich. It all starts with leadership and they should be held accountable for bad management. PAY THEM A LIVING WAGE SO I CAN ENJOY BETTER SANDWICHES PLEASE
