Love my Club On a Sub. I usually do lunch between 11 & 12 here. Today, was evening, 8:40pm to be exact. Placed my order to find out the fries fryer was turned off and fries orders were not available. Order ready at 8:52pm and was told by staff "You may eat here, BUT Please keep in mind we close at 9pm" didn't know that! I would of chose another place to eat. Google states location closes at 10pm. Food is as expected.... If you ever get it. The service at this location is consistently Atrocious! There is always a delay, always an excuse, always a problem. If you want a Firehouse sub, pick another location. This one is ridiculously bad. Management is bad and employees don't care.
I’ve ordered from this location 10 times they have gotten my order right less than 50% of the time. Doesn’t matter online or in person if you want any modification to a sandwich don’t come here.

It says they close at 10 but they close at 9. You order gluten-free for an allergy and they send it with gluten bread. You order a French dip and they send out the order with no dipping sauce
