Quick service, very polite and professional cashier. Food prep crew were into their work. Food was prepared well. It tasted great.
Usually I get decent service and a good sub. Today, not so much. I ordered via the app (which is NOT very user friendly). I used points...my sub was free. But when I got it home, there was no ham or provolone on it! Nothing but tomato, lettuce and mayo. Oops!! C'mon, guys...pay attention.
03/28/2025 Food is good but the attitude was just gross. We came in 45 minutes before closing & nobody greeted us, soon as they heard us walk in the lady made a comment about how “she’s done with this job” we were ignored for about 5 minutes, no eye contact or “ give us a second”. When she finally came up she says “ What you want” without even looking up at us My thing is I know working these kind of jobs can be frustrating but don’t take it out on the customers. I have visited this location several times. The food is always good. It is a little irritating they don't bother to ask if you're part of their rewards program while checking out the majority of the time. That has kinda prompted my lack of return. Otherwise we've never had a problem with the food, always tasty.
