Worst customer service, longest wait for the wrong order, and on top of it missing items from the pick up order. They told me it’s my fault for not asking for the missing items before I left. That’s not how pick up orders work. Everything should be included in the bag. Terrible experience and not even good sandwich.

I love fire house subs but honestly it’s overpriced if it wasn’t for my free reward it’s honestly expensive and over priced sandwich ! 2 sandwiches and 1 drink is like 30 or 40 dallors!
