Greetings, Sunday night I called in to place an order the lady who picked up the phone was very rude and inconsiderate. Everytime I asked a question about what came on the sandwich she continued to speak over me very rude. Is this what you guys allow there at firehouse subs ? I called to make sure the store wasn’t closed and after waiting on my order for almost an hour my order cancelled. Her name is Tijuana Adams or Tammy she goes by both she answered the phone. I don’t know if they don’t have enough people there but don’t have me waiting just to cancel order smh
