Long time waiting
I recently had an incredible experience at Firehouse in Sterling, Virginia! From the moment I walked in, the General Manager, Khurram, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His exceptional hospitality made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely amazing – every bite was bursting with flavor! My entire experience was out of this world, and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend Firehouse to anyone looking for fantastic food and top-notch service!
First off, I have loved the food here in the past. However, after ordering takeout last night, the restaurant claims to have never received the order which was placed on the app. For what it's worth, I believe them that it was never received. The problem is I showed them the confirmation of the order and they refused both to either make the order OR issue the refund.
