This place was very dirty inside, the workers were complaining and cussing loud enough for everyone to hear, and the sandwiches were made wrong. Will never go back to this location.
I recently ordered seven sandwiches and only three of the seven were correct. My time to pick up was 2:55 PM and when we walked in the music was a very loud rap music and when we asked the guy for our sandwiches, he had to go over to look and said oh it’ll be a minute. He hadn’t even started them
Super rude employees. No greeting. Made us wait while doing whatever they were doing. Offensive music. Terrible attitudes. No wonder this place has nobody in it. Firehouse - you all need to fix this location. They are not representing you well at all. 0 stars .
First of all, I would not eat gluten free here is you have sensitivity or allergies. I happen to know they are not following policies or procedures for gluten free even though they advertise the safety. To add to this, I went in with my brother had his day off and offered to buy him a sub. Dylan and Gabriel were working and immediately seemed irritated by the fact that I was ordering gluten free and put my brother to work off the clock to get us free food.
