My wife and I will never come back to this Firehouse Subs. No management around. 2 kids roughly around 17 or so were running the place. We came in at exactly 7:50(they close at 9) My order went in att 8:01 and were the only people waiting to order. Why did it take 10 minutes....because the 2 kids running it were talking to the girl that they knew that was waiting on her food and then proceeded to make on online order which was for another kid that they knew(who walked in while we were still waiting to order). they literally put two pieces of salami on my sandwhich they didn’t make a foot long like i asked i got a 6 inch instead the service was absolutely awful the guy working the cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful to my mother barely said a thing told my mom to grab the receipt herself he looked disguested in us trying to order food and had earbuds in the place was not clean and the guy at the counter was just biting his nails and touching everything
That was the first time there and it was great, I had the jamaican jersey turkey and the brisket sub. If all the locations are the same, I'm a long term customer
