Didn't call me to tell me they were out of ingredients for my order until after I had already driven to the store.
Took a few minutes to even get someone to start making my order. No one gave me a drink cup. No cheese on my sandwich, but lots of lettuce and mayo. First one waiting last one to get food. First and last firehouse sub.
Ordered food in app that when I arrived they informed me they didn't have. Then don't know how to give a refund advised me they would call me back to get a refund but no call. Called the store to get a number to call someone to help and was told they wouldn't give out the info to the person that can get my refund.
