This was the worst tasting and too expensive sandwich I’ve ever had
I ordered from Uber eats today and was supposed to receive the buy one get one free hook and ladder subs. I only received 2 subs. I called and spoke with a very rude manager while the delivery person was at my house. She refused to make the order right when I paid over $36 for 2 subs. She said I am not giving you free food and refused to identify herself when I requested her name. This person should not be the manager of any store. She has no customer service skills as all.
