My husband went in and ordered 3 subs and he hadn’t paid for them yet. He asked if he could make 1 of them a larger size. The girl up front told him no, once the order had already gone back he can’t change it. He literally just ordered it and haven’t even given her the card yet to pay for it. I told him to just forget it and just leave since upsizing a sandwich was such a tremendous task. Like there was a robot and not a actual person making the sandwich or something. Made no sense!
Food was ready on time and order was accurate
*Update- The next day I was personally called by the owner. We had a long conversation regarding the interaction. I feel the appropriate action was taken in a timely manner to correct any issues. To be very clear, we love Firehouse and this one interaction will not keep us from returning. My husband and I visited for lunch. I wanted to try their new fries so we ordered (12:06) and sat down.
