BEWARE*** Gloves will not be changed prior to the touching your food. Firehouse this is disappointing, I witnessed your employee not only touch the POS system screen, but also the store phone and a glove was NEVER removed ONCE. I’m sure the gloves are well stocked and there should be no reason gloves cannot be removed and reapplied every time an order is made (health and safety risk). First and LAST time! Was unable to order, there were no employees visible. I could hear people chatting in the back, but no one was keeping an eye on the front of the store.
Good food, but somebody didn't spring for the automatic ice maker. Foods is great, but knocking off a star because while the working are toiling away making food they also have to stop and manually dump ice into the drink machine. Couldn't spring for that extra automatic ice maker on top when openening a business in Arizona???
