I went through the drive thru and was told to wait. After about three to five minutes someone finally took my order. When we pulled up to the window I noticed there were no other customers in line. We waited another eight to ten minutes before anyone came to the window to take our payment. I had a free sandwich reward on the app but after several minutes of back and forth the manager told me there was nothing she could do because they couldn’t scan the app. She said I would have to pay and couldn’t get my free sandwich.
