The best subs in Las Vegas. If you're looking for a great sub that is worth the price, in a clean restaurant, you've found the right place. The hook & ladder is a great sub to get you started. Add chips and a drink, and you're good to go.
Takes forever to get the food. Even if you place an order with an app like Uber or call in. Ordered from here multiple times for work. Either they don't make it right or cancel the order all together. Happened multiple times, I guess it's God's way of saying to stay away. Do not recommend.
I went through the drive thru and was told to wait. After about three to five minutes someone finally took my order. When we pulled up to the window I noticed there were no other customers in line. We waited another eight to ten minutes before anyone came to the window to take our payment. I had a free sandwich reward on the app but after several minutes of back and forth the manager told me there was nothing she could do because they couldn’t scan the app. She said I would have to pay and couldn’t get my free sandwich.
