I’ve always been skeptical about this place after hearing about bad reviews from other people. I usually go to the one on Westview. When I got my food, about halfway through eating, idk how I noticed, but there was some mold on my bread. Upon looking at my food more, I found another random piece of something on the bacon (looks like plastic to me). I knew my sandwhich tasted off and this is ridiculous. We weren't too sure when we first walked in, there was some trash on the floor, like receipts type trash, the three employees did not seem too happy to be working, one of them had wireless earbuds in, another had headphones hanging around his neck, I noticed the hot sauce bar was a bit sticky...BUT the subs we ordered were fantastic and when I asked one of the employees for a to go container, she was very pleasant. We would return for sure.
