Staff is fantastic. Location is iffy. Some guy walked in behind us and asked my friend to "hold a dollar". Would be concerned if management chose to do nothing about that if its a regular occurrence.....
The two ladies working the counter needed to spend 3 minutes wrapping up their conversation before taking my girlfriends order. Then held another conversation in the back before getting our order started. All in all it took 15 minutes to purchase two subs to go from an otherwise empty sub shop. They gave my girlfriend a nasty attitude to boot. It will be the last time we come here. Edit: Per request from the establishment, this visit was on 8/23/2025 at about 4:00 PM. Customer service was shaky at first. I ordered an Italian for my wife and the cashier turned to her coworker and said “I knew it” not offended but that’s not very polite. Service was fast and the food tasted good. Most of the drinks in the fountain were unavailable. I was mostly turned off by someone I assume to be the franchise owner or upper management speaking rather angrily at the manager.
