Came in to a welcoming environment. Shayla made our experience very welcoming.
Toaster is broken and wasn’t told until we paid and received our food and asked why it was cold. There should be at least one adult on staff who knows how to communicate
Toaster is always down. Last time I went in and ordered a club on a sub, they told me 5 minutes after paying that they were out of bacon and it would take 10 monutes to make some, but my sandwich was already made, they were out of ice in both areas in the lobby, the doors were falling off the counter. And there were 5 people just standing around not doing anything (like making bacon, for instance).
I have always held firehouses subs in high regard because of what they do for the community. I've been coming here for a year, pretty regularly. Let me tell you. First they took all their sandwiches off the online menu, until I called them out at the owners other restaurant They have one toaster that never works. A notable sandwich shop with one toaster.... We order from this location once or twice a week and when ordering from the app it does not give you the option to order chips or single drinks. I called to see if I can purchase and pay over the phone for chips for my daughter with her sandwich and she said she couldn’t because it was lunch time. It really only takes a minute to do that real quick and you have 2 registers. Everytime I go in, only one is being used. Mind you, we as customers are what pays your weekly pay check.
