I love these and sandwiches but my last order I ordered the pepperoni meatball sub and ended up with meatball sub. Neither of my sandwiches had the spear of pickle. We had already left the place a it was ato go order. Each time I tried to message from my ticket it kept closing. So putting it here from my order on 9/7/26
Terrible service. Placed an order online and showed up 40 MINUTES AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER FOR IT TO NOT BE READY. Don’t even bother placing an order ahead. The cashier barely said 2 words to me. Customer service is clearly not taught or expected at this location.
Extremely disappointing first experience. I placed an online order at 4:51 PM with a scheduled pickup of 5:05 PM at the Round Rock location. When I arrived, an employee handed me my cup, so they knew I was there, but I proceeded to wait over 25 minutes inside. Multiple employees were just standing around chatting while one worked extremely slowly. Nobody called my name or updated me. When I finally walked up to ask, my food was sitting on the counter.
