Ordered a bowl of soup for six dollars. They sent a cup of soup half full. Literally only 3 bites. Do better. Complete waste of my money.
What's up with getting an offer via e-mail and then the local Firehouse sub is not participating in the offer. I guess it's just to get you in the store. "Get any two select medium subs for just $14 or upgrade to two larges for $20. Pick from our Hook & Ladder®, Firehouse Meatball®, Turkey & Provolone or Italian. Pair up and save big." On top of that how long does it take to make a sandwich? Manager more concerned about employees clocking out than serving the customer.
Great food at a reasonable price!
For the price point I don't feel the value is there. I got a brisket and cheddar sandwich that didn't look anything like that pictured on the menu board, with barely enough meat to separate the bread. I've seen cold sandwiches at Quiktrip with 3 times as much meat as what I got here for half the price. Very disappointing. Glad I didn't tip before I even got my order... or maybe that's why they shorted my portions? Tip culture is getting to be out of control, especially when asked for before you get service.
