The store itself is beautiful, but I ordered my food online for pickup at a specific time and arrived about 15 minutes early, only to find my order had already been made and bagged. My food was cold, and to make matters worse, I ended up with a bad stomach ache after eating the macaroni.
Bought two “bowls” of soup )the larger size. ) Not only are they small to begin with for 5.19 apiece, but there were both half full of the broth and a few peas and carrots. Obviously the bottom of the pot. Subs are skimpy as well.
Awful. No other word could possibly describe this place.
Yeah I can't speak for all the locations but the Brooklyn one is not very good at all. Paid for a beef cheddar brisket sub w peppers and it was probably the worst sub I've ever had. Didn't get the peppers requested but instead like 2 handfuls of onions... like so many onions that there were more onions than meat. Worst meal I've eaten in 2025.
Bought the new Thanksgiving turkey sandwich order day with no mayo, deli, mustard and extra turkey. One of the most sloppiest sandwich I’ve ever had way more stuffing than turkey and bad service. You would never catch me wasting my money at this location ever again.
