We love this resteraunt we always get the hook and ladder staff is always pleasant and helpful
Run of the mill sandwich shop that utilizes firefighting as its theme. On the day of our last visit , we were notified that the bread toasting oven was down. As far as the sandwiches go, we've noticed a continued drop in quality and level of service overall. The staff was generally nice and apologetic for the oven being down.
