Stupid ahh online order placed it for tomorrow for some reason and apparently you cant actually cancel it online but my goat Maximus went ahead and helped me out
I came in and the two gentlemen behind the counter were making food. No greeting. No acknowledgment. I waited 7-8 minutes. Still noonr said we’ll be with you shortly. I left. This is the second time this happened.
I love Firehouse subs and this Firehouse just made me never come back ! I walked in the door no one was up front the crowd of employees was in the backroom, no one came out front all I heard as I stood there for over 5 minutes was all they're personal conversations and they kept talking amongst themselves not even bothering to look out front , I walked out ! Never will I return, you hire crap employees and you get crap service!
