My visit was very lengthy due to the fact that there was only one employee taking orders and preparing the food. While customers waited, it was clear that a manager was present in the back but unwilling to assist the associate who was handling everything on their own. Although the wait time was disappointing, I want to commend Mark for his perseverance, dedication, and patience.
