I came in one evening to do a pick up order and the the young men that were working were very rude, asking me what time do we close what time do we close, the time was around 8:52pm, I was told about 2minutes later that someone had already picked up the order. The man that was so rude was tall skinny with locks that were sticking up on his head he wore baby blue tinted sunglasses, I have heard of other people have similar issues with the young men at this location being very rude to people.

The service was good but the food was not. I don’t know if all firehouses have just gone downhill or if it’s just this one, but the quality and taste doesn’t come close to what I remember so fondly 10-15 years ago. Disappointing.

When I placed an order, I told the cashier that I wanted extra pickles on the side with my order. When we received our order, I saw that I didn’t get my extra pickles. No one was out by the register or the prep area. The young guys were back in the kitchen just laughing and goofing off. I get the cashier’s attention from the back and let him know that I wasn’t given the extra pickles that I ordered. He proceeded to “fix” that for me by putting one pickle in a box for me. Unfortunately, the person at the register, taking the orders was rude in on personal phone calls throughout the whole time. As i'm placing my order.
