As a retired FF, I was very disappointed. Terrible experience. Ordered online because I had an upcoming appointment. Ready in 20 minutes. Got there on time and they hadn't even started yet. Ready 10 minutes later. As they were making my sandwich I noticed a lot of water dripping from the ac vent that is right over the prep station. VERY unsanitary and my sandwich was soggy. It will be years before I try to go back here. Store manager reached out to me and the ac has been repaired.

They use quality ingredients and have a nice presentation. Subs taste good
