Absolutely my favorite Sub Sandwich 🥪 🤤 shop!!!
Tried to order through the app because there is a 25% off of any sub offer but the app would not let me process the order despite the store still being open for 30 minutes because the store was "closing soon" and the employee at the counter would not honor the app offer when I arrived with 20 minutes to spare before closing. Extremely poor customer service.
The experience was enjoyable. Everything is clean, organized, and inviting.
I ordered two medium subs on the app for takeout but the app kept giving me problems. After the 4th or 5th attempt, I was able to process the order but I didn’t receive a confirmation email so I checked my bank account and it showed that it took my money. I went down there just to check and made sure my order went through and the lady at the front counter said it did and they’re currently making it.
