There was no bacon on the turkey BACON ranch sub and I didn’t get a pickle either.
I used the app to order but it defaulted to a store in CoS instead of Falcon. I couldn't cancel the order through the app so I called the store, and while they couldn't help, they were insightful and polite. When we did get our order, the GM MaKenzie wrote an apology note and a coupon, despite it not being their stores fault. I appreciate her for her extension of customer service.
