Sales clerk couldn’t follow directions and didn’t offer to correctly make sandwich I ordered which wasn’t what I ordered.
Just received order from this Firehouse Subs via Uber Eats. Several items were missing. Firehouse packs the bag, but the manager I spoke to refused to take responsibility or do anything to help me. Blamed on Uber Eats. Uber Eats didn’t pack the bag. Firehouse did. I am now without food due to Firehouses mistake. Avoid this location.
Love this place. Always has just the right combination of yum.
