If the closing time is 9pm, then it should close at 9pm not 8:40pm.
Don’t go 30 minutes before they close on a Friday night. They will tell you they are closed and not serve you even though they were making someone else order.
I have visited other Firehouse subs and had amazing experiences in service and food. As we got there the only employee present told us it was a 10 minute wait. 40 minutes later we finally got our food. Their priority is take outs not dining!
