Thank you Isiah and Tyler! I’m sorry if I spelled the name wrong but the moment I walked in the team was extremely friendly and funny! My first time at firehouse subs will certainly not be my last. Gave great recommendations and everything was prepared to perfection. Everything was clean and sanitary and the atmosphere was generally pleasant and fun to be in!
As a food, delivery driver, we are treated pretty poorly here for quite a while. I represent the GrubHub diners. They can take as much as a half hour once you arrive for the order. I wouldn’t mind if they were busy and hustling, but far from it. The staff today has no idea how to be efficient. The place was greasy dirty and once again I had to leave my order and cost me part of my income during the lunch hour. I often avoid this restaurant when GrubHub offers me these orders. Great customer service and good food Johnny and his staff are always providing a great experience
We eat at the Dublin location often, and always love it. We ordered a large and medium sub, with the works. Both were much lighter than we are used to. My sandwich was swimming in mayo. The place was empty, with one very friendly employee. Skimping on the ingredients, and going way too heavy on the mayo means we won't go back to that store.
