I had a really disappointing experience at Firehouse Subs today. From the moment I walked in, I felt uncomfortable. What appeared to be a manager (around 5’6–5’8, light brown hair, mustache) kept staring at me the entire time, which was honestly unsettling and inappropriate. I had a very disappointing experience at Firehouse Subs and will not be returning. From the start, the service was unprofessional. When I asked questions about the different subs to help decide what to order, the manager on duty (Gage) came across as rude and dismissive rather than helpful. When I paid in cash, my change was not handed back properly it was placed on the counter and some of it fell onto the floor, which was frustrating and careless.
