kinda ridiculous that i go through the drive thru to order and i get told it’s going to be a 20 minute wait cause they have a catering order and inshops i get catering is on a time frame cause i used to work in food but usually drive thrus are prioritized especially when i was only ordering one sandwhich.
We have been to several firehouse restaurants and this o e was the best yet! It was clean, fast and the sandwich was wonderful!
Very clean and well lit location out in Mountain View Village. The store is a bit tricky to find if you pull into the main part of MVV. Employee was so happy and positive .. such a kind and pleasant person. Sandwich was made fresh .. soft and hearty bread, meat piled high, fresh vegetables and just the right amount of condiments. Dill pickle slice. Chips and a drink. Yum.
Every time I do an order via the app it takes forever. Today placed order at 12:55 said would be ready at 1:10, i have been standing in the lobby since 1:10 amd it's now 1:35 they haven't even started the order. They are in total disarray, not sure if it's lack of staff, lack of leadership or they just don't have any more cares to give. Corporate or the owners need to either close the store or be here to fix whatever is going on, this is absolutely unacceptable.
