Tables were dirty, floors were dirty, bathroom was gross. No one working seemed to care about anything other than the manager. The person who took my order seemed like I was an inconvenience because I ordered food (nothing specialized) and got even more irritated because I declined to make it a combo. If the sandwich wasn't good, I wouldn't even consider returning but I'll have to order online next time if there is one.
Just picked up an on-line order...order was ready on time, customization requests were followed, sandwich was tasty and well made and restaurant looked clean and well kept...thanks Firehouse Subs for a job well done!!
