I love Firehouse Subs, but this particular location is my favorite! I've never been unhappy with anything I've eaten here. My fave is the Hook and Ladder Sub (note: add a slice of cheddar if you're a fan of cheese). The customer service from all of the employees is superior. However, I do feel there is one crew member who goes out of his way to go above and beyond to make sure everything goes just right.
