Service was awful. Dude just slammed his finger on the touch pad each time I said an item, and just stared at me in between.
Absolutely love the Hook and Ladder! Firehouse is hands down the best sub place to me! Blows Subway out of the water! Can't complain about the employees either! Great place to grab a quick bite to eat!
The service was bad. The guy at the cash register couldn't be bothered to place a simple order. He was pissed that we where even there. Then they messed up our sub. We asked for wheat bread and gave us white bread instead and they where mad when we asked them to change it because they did it wrong. Got a refund surprisingly and left.
God forbid you customize your order. It's never the correct way it was ordered. They don't pay attention. It has happened the last 3 times i placed order on app and got back to work it was incorrect
