Ordered on-line for take-out. Food was prepared as ordered, it was ready on-time and it was delicious. Staff was welcoming and friendly.
The staff was very nice and attentive.
Yikes for customer service. The gal who accepted our order, Addison, was more interested in flirting with the Amazon driver than actually taking our order. Then, we had a free rewards we were looking to use in store - she acted like I inconvenienced her entire day. Though it was just me but she was rude as all to the guy behind me too. Usually love firehouse... super lame experience. I would hope youd invest better into your customer service....
