Went in, was told they’d get the new fries in about a month which was a little disappointing , but DAMN did they make up for it! The food was amazing, Gary and AB were super nice and I will definitely be back when the fries are here!
We went fora late lunch. We had the turkey bacon and the Thanksgiving turkey! Omgosh Subs were very fresh and delicious!!
My husband and I love this place!!! We will never return to Subway. I got the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket and my husband got the New York Steamer. Both are so good . We appreciate Gary and Alanis’ great customer service ! We will be back :)
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE received on Sunday 9-21-25 at 2:30 pm. This was my first time going to Firehouse Subs in Fairlawn. I ordered a turkey sub; but when my order came out it was a hot sub. The manager told me that I needed to specify that I wanted a cold sub. I was unaware of this since this was my first time at this establishment. The manager then proceeded to tell me that is why the establishment is called - Firehouse Subs!
