AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE received on Sunday 9-21-25 at 2:30 pm. This was my first time going to Firehouse Subs in Fairlawn. I ordered a turkey sub; but when my order came out it was a hot sub. The manager told me that I needed to specify that I wanted a cold sub. Delicious subs
Too expensive
I came in on 9/8 around 11am. A male worker took my order and the next customers order then proceeded to make our sandwiches without washing his hands. Mind you he touched the register, money which is filthy he then proceeds to scratch his hair. So I kindly asked him if he could wash his hands before he made my sandwich and he just stared me down like I was speaking a foreign language.
