I placed a pickup order and walked inside to pick it up it wasn't ready yet so I grabbed the cup was immediately yelled at saying I had to pay for it which I already did was very embarrassing be spoken to like that, only two employees seem to be working there is two or three more in the back arguing about politics involving Trump, and it looked a lot like they were vaping back there. I will never come back to this location ever again. First time ever trying firehouse subs & I wont ever come back again. I did a online pick up order. I noticed on the recipet the side of gravy was crossed out, with unreadable writing next to it. I proceed to ask the lady behind the counter what it meant, she said "oh where out of gravy" I said well I paid extra for it, can I have a refund, and she looked kinda annoyed. I don't know what's really going on with this location, but Jersey Mike's is open down the street, and it's 10 times better in every single way. This Firehouse Subs has been here a long time. The drive-thru has been closed down for almost forever for some reason, and their parking lot is horrible. They're putting no money into this building; they have no respect for their customers.
