I ordered an Italian sub via the door dash app so that it’d be ready when I got there. I showed up and the app said that I was 5-minutes early, but my order was sitting on the pick-up shelf already. It was cold and the bread wasn’t toasted. I asked the employee for a fork so that I could eat around the bread due to it not being toasted, like it’s supposed to be, and getting soggy. She responded , “ok”, but had no interest in addressing the issue.
