What makes this restaurant 5 stars is the way the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and their professionalism. In a word or two- amazingly friendly. To sum it up: the food- delicious! The establishment- clean! The staff- EXCELLENT!!!
We went to get two subs and there subs are amazing however , the employee decided that they were going to pick up the sanitary bucket with gloves on and ring out the rag and wiped down the section then proceeds to fix my subs with the same gloves on . When they were asked was that sanitary the boss MR Barry stated that it was okay for them to do that and that this is not a mom and pop shop . Ok you guys officially suck at this location and need employees that read instead of gossiping and running their mouthes...2nd time in as many weeks ...ordered thru Uber this time and specifically asked for honey mustard and Italian dressing and mustard on the sandwich...and of course none of that...it was literally spelled out in the directions...I got to this firehouse all the time and their is always an issue ...last month the kid in there was so busy running his mouth to his co worker about gaming he messed up my sandwic... read more
The manager is running a nice clean place here. I also really appreciate Dalia's positive attitude and patience. She made my day and provided excellent customer service! I loved my sub too and I will definitely be back! Thank you Dalia!
