I was a regular customer until today. I ordered my sandwich and no sooner did I pay that a dishelved women without shoes started a conversation on her speaker phone at a very high volume. I was patient and waited until my sandwich was ready hoping she woukd be done. She wasn't, just kept screaming into the phone. The manager did nothing when I asked if he would say something. Probably the best firehouse location I’ve been to. The sandwich was just really fresh and delicious. Generous portion of meat on the sandwich whereas other restaurants are decreasing portions.
Do not get the Captain Club. They barely put chicken on it and the bacon was not fully cooked. This sandwich was awful! Waste of money. I ended up throwing it in the trash.
