The manager had the store nice and clean and everyone was nice and friendly. We didn’t wait long for our food!!
Pretty quiet for lunch time. The manager was a great guy, willing to help with a good selection. Staff was helpful. Food was really good, was hot and fresh.
I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at this Firehouse location in Monroe. The restaurant was dirty, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing. After waiting 45 minutes for my order, my sandwich was finally ready—but it was made incorrectly and was so soggy it was barely edible. The food was disappointing and was given to me soggy and smelt spoiled.The service was slow, and the staff didn’t seem very attentive. Overall, the experience wasn’t worth the price, and I probably won’t be coming back.
