Do not order through the local website listed on Google Maps affiliated with ChowNow - apparently those orders go into a black hole and aren't actually delivered to the store. Staff was sympathetic but didn't have any solutions - ended up having to just order another meal and now I have to figure out how to reverse the charge for food I didn't get.
We waited 45 minutes for 2 subs. While I understand things get busy, multiple orders after us were taken and processed. Expections were low and delivery was impressively lower.
