The employees are welcoming and helpful. Everything is always good and right.
Amazing subs. Amazing staff. Food is always fresh and hot. We go at least twice every week since its opened near us. The place is so clean and overall it's a wonderful place to eat at.
I went in to claim my birthday reward (free sub with purchase). The employee was rather rude stating that “if you don’t have the email code, then there is nothing I can really do for you.” As a service worker myself, I understand company policy. I had shown him proof of my reward program and proof of purchase within 3 months, as well as my birthday in the app and drivers license. He was rude and not at all understanding.
