I want to start by saying that I actually think Firehouse Subs is a great franchise. I’ve been to many different Firehouse Subs locations and have consistently received good food and great customer service. Unfortunately, this particular location was a completely different experience. I placed a pickup order and gave very simple instructions: add barbecue sauce and toast the bread extra. People were great!
I'm a big fan of Firehouse and frequently visit the Preston Commons location and always loved the food and service. But at this location, I've never ever gotten my order prepared accurately. There's always inconsistency in what I ordered and what I get. Do better guys. I'll leave it there.
