When I told the employees my name, they proceeded to look at each other, then look at a to-go bag, and then look at each other a few more times before handing me the bag. It was clear that they weren’t 100% sure that they were fulfilling my order accurately. I opened the bag and noticed that one of the subs they gave me was the wrong sub.
