This is my favorite sandwich in Keller. I probably come here once a week for lunch. The quality is evident when you bite into the sandwich. The Hook & Ladder is my go-to. A lot of people have given 1-star reviews for bad customer service experiences. I will say that I’ve had less-than-stellar service here, but nothing I would leave a nasty review over - like the guy feeding a hot roast beef sandwich to his three dogs while spouting off obscenities. Made just as ordered, thank you. We have several modifications on sandwiches but this location seems to always make them right, and on time. Love that this is a go-to option close to home!
