Firehouse is my favorite sandwich shop.
Great food and service every time we eat here.
Editing to say that the manager did reach out to me and gave me a full refund. Horrible, horrible horrible. I ordered online waited 15 min for them to tell me they didn't have the order. Waited another 10 min for them to ask me what my order was again. I said nevermind just give me a refund, they called the manager who told me to do it online, which you can't so now i have to go in tomorrow when she's there. Too bad, i was ready to find a new great place to eat.
