Steak and cheese fan, but not a fan of new steak and cheese sandwich. I don’t like the bread being cut like a hot dog bun, the bread was overwhelming and hard to eat. It was supposed to be 42 grams of protein but I think they forgot the meat. It was a sad serving of meat on that massive bun. This was so disappointing. Bring back the old steak and cheese. Please.
Firehouse has been our go to sandwich shop for the last few years, today ended it. We waited longer than we ever had but thought it would be worth it, I was wrong. Lack of meat in comparison to the other times is horrible and missed the bacon on their sub on a club. Gone down hill just like the rest of the restaurants in the area.
My food was hot and ready and it was delicious.
