I love Firehouse Subs when this location had good workers the food was great! Please, don't keep this store closed. However, just reopen with new professional managers, and employees who really want to be a part of the team and work. When will you reopen the store?
I called an order in of 14 sandwiches at 11:06 a.m. they said by 11:50 they would be done. It is now 12:15 and they aren't even close to being done. They had no one in here but 3 customers the whole time I was there till now. There are 5 people here now. This is crazy. Im feeding a bunch of Temps on a job. I will never come here again. Used to be a great place to eat, but now don't know what happened should just close until you get people thst care about what they do and not just show up for a payday
Like other recent reviews, I placed an online order back on 6/19/24 only to show up and doors were locked. I’ve been emailing with corporate over the past two months and their only response is that the store manager will call me (which has yet to happen). Do NOT place an online order here unless you want to be out money like I am. Expected a better resolution from the corp team as well.
